Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for office-related expenses.
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Handle and resolve office-related issues and conflicts as they arise.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations and terminology is a plus.
