Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for office-related expenses.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle and resolve office-related issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and terminology is a plus.
