Description

Wise Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive multimedia content that enhances the patient experience and supports the overall marketing and communication efforts of Wise Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and artistic abilities to contribute to the advancement of healthcare through digital media.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and design multimedia content, including videos, animations, interactive presentations, and graphics, in alignment with Wise Healthcare's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and medical professionals, to understand their needs and requirements for multimedia projects.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and concepts for multimedia projects, ensuring effective communication of complex medical information in a visually appealing and accessible manner.
  • Utilize multimedia authoring tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and 3D modelling software, to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Conduct research and stay updated with the latest multimedia trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve the quality and impact of Wise Healthcare's multimedia offerings.
  • Manage and organize multimedia assets, including audio files, video footage, and graphics, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary, ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of multimedia projects.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality multimedia content within agreed-upon deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in multimedia development, including designing and producing videos, animations, interactive presentations, and graphics.
  • Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), 3D modelling software (Maya, Blender), and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout for multimedia content.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex medical concepts into engaging and understandable multimedia content.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations related to multimedia content development is a plus.
