Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as required.
  • Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Assist in the administration of medications and treatments under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and common areas.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient's conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
  • Assist with documentation and medical record maintenance as required.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing healthcare practices.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification (preferred but can be obtained after hiring).
